Ingredients
Fresh cilantro- about ½ a bunch or 1 cup loosely chopped

garlic cloves
minced

Tablespoons
lemon or lime juice
or both!

Tablespoon
red onion
chopped

extra virgin olive oil

teaspoon
ground cumin
⅛
teaspoon
red pepper flakes
Sea salt & ground pepper
to taste
Instructions
Prepare and chop garlic, red onion and cilantro.
Place all ingredients in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. The longer the sauce sits, the more flavor from the red pepper flakes will arise.
Serve right away or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
This goes great over a variety of things, see some suggestions above.
The red pepper flakes makes this but if you don't like heat you can leave them out.
This can be frozen, see above on how to do that.
