Cookie Monster Dessert is the ultimate four layer dessert. A layer of chocolate chip cookie topped with pudding, sweetened cream cheese and whipped topping!
Set 16.5 ounce tube refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough out on counter and let come to room temperature to soften (this will make it easier to spread into your baking dish).
Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
When cookie dough is soft, spread into baking pan. This takes a little patience to get it all spread out. Just get it as even as you can.
Bake for about 14-16 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool completely before moving onto the next step.
In a medium bowl, mix together 8 ounce block cream cheese, softened to room temperature and 1 cup powdered sugar until smooth.
Add in 2 cups Cool Whip whipped topping. Mix gently.
Once the cookie base is completely cooled, spread on cream cheese mixture.
In a medium bowl, combine 3.9 ounce box instant chocolate pudding and 3.4 ounce box instant vanilla pudding with 3 cups cold milk. Whisk together until smooth and no lumps remian.
Let it set for about 2 minutes. It should be soft set but still spreadable. Spread pudding mixture on top of cream cheese layer.
Spread remaining Cool Whip whipped topping on top of pudding layer.
Sprinkle the top evenly with mini chocolate chips. Then slice and serve. Keep refrigerated.
