Instructions
Blend the banana, blueberries, yogurt, and milk in a high-speed blender until creamy and smooth.
Pour into glasses and top them with fresh mint sprigs and blueberries.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Frozen blueberries can be used in place of fresh.
We use plain yogurt but a vanilla flavored would taste good.
This can be stored in mason jars in the refrigerator for up to 1-2 days.
The honey or sugar is optional if you want some added sweetness to the smoothies. If you are using very ripe bananas (with lots of brown on the peel) then this shouldn't be necessary.
