With only 5 ingredients and 30 minutes, these Easy Baked Ranch Chicken Nuggets can be to your table in no time! Readily available ingredients already in your pantry make this a breeze to bake up.
Preheat the oven to 400F degrees. Spray a large baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
Shake together the breadcrumbs, parsley and garlic powder in a large ziploc bag until well mixed and set aside.
Slice the chicken tenders into thirds. Dip each piece into the ranch dressing to coat and then place inside of the ziploc bag with the breadcrumb mixture. Shake until all chicken pieces are evenly coated with the breadcrumbs.
Place the coated chicken onto the greased baking sheet and bake in the oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the crumbs are lightly golden brown and the chicken is cooked through (with an internal temperature of 165F degrees.)
Serve immediately with additional ranch dressing for dipping. Enjoy!
Notes
For this recipe we use chicken tenders, but you can also substitute chicken breasts as well.
Panko bread crumbs give them an extra crispy flavor, but if you cannot find then you can use regular breadcrumbs as well.
No need to coat these in flour or egg, the ranch holds all the breading on for you.
These can easily be made in the air fryer if you prefer that.
