Ingredients

bag
frozen tater tots

eggs

cups
Colby Jack shredded cheese
½
pound
bacon,
cooked and crumbled
1
teaspoon
onion powder
½
teaspoon
garlic powder
salt and pepper,
to taste
sliced green onions,
for topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Layer frozen tater tots in a single layer on the bottom of the baking dish.
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs until fully combined.
Stir in onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Mix in crumbled bacon.
Then stir in 1 cup shredded cheese.
Pour egg mixture evenly over tater tots.
Then add remaining cup of shredded cheese to the top.
Bake uncovered for about 35-40 minutes.
If you'd like, garnish with a little sliced green onion.
