  • 2 3.3 ounce microwaveable bags tender white popcorn popped
  • 12 ounces white chocolate bark or white candy melts
  • green and red sprinkles

  • Place popped popcorn in a large bowl. Dig out as many un-popped kernels as you can.
  • Line a large cookie sheet with parchment or wax paper, set aside.
  • Melt white chocolate bark according to package directions.
  • Drizzle melted chocolate evenly over the popcorn.
  • Carefully and gently mix it together to coat all of the popcorn.
  • Sprinkle desired amount of sprinkles over the warm chocolate coated popcorn.
  • Pour the mixture onto the prepared cookie sheet.
  • Let cool completely, and then break into pieces and serve.

I like to store any leftovers in a large ziplock baggy to keep fresh for a few days.
