Golden-brown on the outside, while still juicy and tender on the inside, these Air Fryer Pork Chop Bites are a delicious and easy-to-make meal that the whole family will love!
Cut the 1 pound boneless thick-cut pork chops into bite-sized pieces.
Toss the cut-up pork chops with 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 1/2 teaspoons Montreal steak seasoning, 1 teaspoon packed light brown sugar, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder and 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. Make sure the pieces are well coated.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes. Spray the body of the air fryer with olive oil spray. Add the pork chop bites to the basket in an even layer.
Air fry for 5-7 minutes until an internal temperature reaches at least 145°F. Shake the basket halfway through to cook evenly.
Toss the cooked bites with 2 tablespoons salted butter (not shown in video)
Serve immediately with chopped parsley, if using.

Try to cut all the pork bites into the same size for even cooking.
I use olive oil spray for the air fryer because it leaves less sticky residue behind.
Other seasonings that would be good are cayenne pepper (used sparingly), lemon pepper seasoning, blackening seasoning, bbq seasoning, or creole seasoning.
No additional salt is needed since the Montreal steak seasoning and butter both have salt added already.
I used thick-cut boneless pork loin chops but you can use any cut of boneless pork. Leaving a little bit of the fat on them helps to keep them moist.
Reheat carefully. Reheat in a sealed foil packet with a splash of water in the oven to keep them as moist as possible. I don't recommend the Air Fryer for reheating because you'll dry out the pork bites.
Keep leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days, freeze for up to 3 months.
