Place peanuts and almond bark in a 4-5 quart oval crock pot.
Cook on low for two hours or until almond bark is melted.
Stir melted bark and peanuts together.
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place large spoonfuls of the peanut mixture onto the baking sheet.
Add sprinkles to the tops of the peanut clusters before they harden.
Allow the candy to cool completely, then enjoy!

Notes
I used dry roasted salted peanuts, but you can use unsalted peanuts too.
Vanilla almond bark is used for the coating, but you can use chocolate almond bark, white chocolate chips, white candy melts, or other melting chocolate substitutes.
This recipe was tested using a 4 qt slow cooker.
Store leftovers with parchment paper between layers.
You can add things like mini marshmallows, candies or more chocolate chips.
