Preheat the oven to 375F degrees. Prepare 2 baking sheets by lining each one with parchment paper.
Working with one of the 2 pizza dough balls at a time, remove pizza dough from its packaging. Roll it into a ball and set it onto a clean work surface.
Divide the dough into half. Divide each half into quarters. Then, divide those quarters into halves again, resulting in 8 equal-sized portions of dough.
Roll each portion into a ball, then a 6 to 7-inch long breadstick-like shape. Place on prepared baking sheet.
Repeat steps 2 to 4 with the other dough ball.
Bake both baking sheets of breadsticks for 18 to 20 minutes, or until baked in the center and starting to brown on top.
Add 6 Tablespoons (¾ stick) salted butter to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave until melted. Add ¼ teaspoon garlic powder to the butter and stir to combine.
Brush the tops of the breadsticks with melted garlic butter.
Then sprinkle tops with grated parmesan cheese.
Serve breadsticks warm with a side of marinara sauce, for dipping.
