Ingredients
½
cup
unsalted butter,
softened to room temperature
1
cup
light brown sugar,
packed
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
½
teaspoon
salt
1
cup
all-purpose flour
(heat treated)
½
cup
semi-sweet chocolate chips
½
cup
mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
In a large bowl, use an electric mixer on medium speed and beat together the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the vanilla extractand beat again until fully incorporated.
Add the salt, flour and mix until combined.
Next add the chocolate chips.
Mix in until everything is incorporated. Then enjoy!
Notes
You can eat this with a spoon or use it as a dip with cookies.
This can be frozen, see above on how to do this.
This cannot be baked into cookies.
