Instructions
Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray (olive oil spray is recommended as it will not gunk up your air fryer basket.)
In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the shredded rotisserie chicken, cream cheese, diced green chiles and taco seasoning until combined.
Spread ¼ of the chicken mixture onto the middle of a flour tortilla. Sprinkle half a cup of shredded cheese next to the chicken mixture.
Roll one side of the tortilla over the filling, fold the edges in, and roll the remaining tortilla edge underneath to form a burrito. Repeat with the remaining filling to create 4 chimichangas.
Working in batches, place two chimichangas into the air fryer. Generously spray the tops of the chimichangas with cooking spray (or slather with melted butter.) This will help crisp it up and give a golden color.
Cook in the air fryer on the air fry setting for 8-9 minutes at 400F, flipping halfway and spraying again with the nonstick spray.
Serve immediately with your favorite toppings!

We like to use rotisserie chicken, but feel free to use any chicken.
