Looking for a healthy but super tasty summer treat for yourself and for the kiddos? Then look no further! These Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles are a super creamy cold treat that whips up in minutes and are great to have on hand in the freezer for those hot summer days!

WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE A BLENDER?
You could use your food processor too. Or if you don't have a food processor, just place the strawberries in a plastic ziploc bag and mash really well with a rolling pin. Then combine Greek yogurt with mashed strawberries. Stir really well and pour into popsicle mold. 🙂
CAN I USE OTHER FRUITS OR YOGURT FLAVORS?

STRAWBERRY YOGURT POPSICLES
Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh strawberries hulled and sliced in half
- 1 ½ cups strawberry Greek yogurt (you can also use vanilla)
Instructions
- In a blender add sliced strawberries and yogurt and blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture evenly into popsicle molds, place lid on and then insert popsicle sticks.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
- To help popsicles come out of molds easier let run under hot water for a minute or so.
