Easy, comforting and yummy
It’s been a bit of an up and down week for me this past week. We took a quick trip to New York and I ended up getting sick while there. Just a bad cold really but it took me down for a day. Then when we got back, I still wasn’t 100%. So my meal planning hasn’t exactly been on track. This week it’s all about super easy, old school family favorites. It’s been a while since I made this Slow Cooker Whole BBQ Chicken. If you have any leftovers, you can shred it and make chicken sandwiches. Also, I’m going with the ole Tuna Macaroni Salad with some sandwiches (a simple meal that will easily double for lunch the next day). Plus, lots of chicken. I think we all probably eat our body weight in chicken – ha!
