It’s been a cheesy week
I had the good fortune to be in Wisconsin this week on a cheese tour with the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board. It was seriously amazing! I ate a ton of Wisconsin cheese and met a few certified master cheesemakers! There are only a handful of master cheesemakers in the United States and they are only in Wisconsin! They take so much pride in their work and it showed. And they have access to the best dairy right there next to them. Fresh and yummy!
This week’s meal plan is a bit of a hodge podge. I was craving a few different meals so I put them into the rotation. As it gets closer to summer, I’ll be introducing lots more slow cooker recipes into the meal rotation!
