Hamburger Ramen Noodle Skillet (+Video)

Ramen Noodle Skillet Supper uses affordable ramen noodles with ground beef and veggies to create the most flavorful and simple stir fry!

A FAMILY FAVORITE DINNER

This ramen noodle skillet meal is something just a bit different than my usual weeknight meals. It’s super simple to make and you only need one pan and five ingredients. Plus, you get lots of good, flavorful veggies in there too! It also reheats well if you have leftovers.

TIPS FOR MAKING THIS EASY ONE PAN MEAL:

  • For those of you with salt or sodium sensitivities, you can replace the beef packets and water in this recipe with low sodium beef broth.
  • Ground turkey can be substituted for the ground beef. Or just leave the meat out entirely if you prefer.
  • Try making this with other flavors of ramen noodles like chicken, soy sauce or vegetable ramen.
  • This really is a whole meal in one so it doesn’t really need a side dish. However, if you’d like, try serving it with a homemade Asian Milk Bread.

  5. This cookbook would be wonderful! We were without electricity for numerous days after hurricaine Sandy but with our gas stove, I was able to do a couple of things on the stovetop but would love to have more ideas for the next power outage (as well as needing more good recipes in general) besides my usual hot dogs or grilled cheese! 7. I would love to have this cookbook. Since I have retired it is hard to think of what to cook without getting into a rut of cooking the same old thing day in and day out. So I am always wanting to try new recipes.

  8. I love cookbooks! I get this trait from my mother. We both love to read cookbooks. Trying out the recipes makes it even more fun. I have enjoyed previous Gooseberry Patch cookbooks and I'm sure this one would have just as many great recipes. My husband is a picky eater so I am always trying to find new things for him to try. Living in South Texas, I avoid using the oven if at all possible because it's just too hot. I would love to have some new stove top recipes to try. Thank you and Gooseberry Patch for making this contest possible! My email address is nmotal@motal.us
    Thanks! 🙂

Hi, As the kids have grown and it is just my husband and I, the spark has gone out of making the meals. We have a few staple meals and then do alot of sandwiches and frozen things because I just can't seem to come up with stuff. Also boB works weird hours. Many times it is 10PM before he gets home. Who can think of things at that time of night? HELP! A cookbook like this would help us greatly.
    Thanks,
    Penny

  11. I would love to win this cookbook or any cookbook for that matter especially one from a church or other organization as they have the greatest and easiest recipes in them. I am relearning how to cook for just two and stove top is one of my favorite ways to cook especially if it is a new recipe and sounds delicious. Most of what I have seen on here has sounded and looked delicious. Thanks for the chance to win. I am just an older poor woman.
