Mexican Shredded Beef
One of my favorite recipes here on the blog is for Crock Pot Mexican Shredded Beef. It requires a little bit of pre-planning because the meat needs to marinate overnight. But once that’s done, you can just pop it into the crock pot the next day and let it do its magic! It really is SO delicious. You can stuff the beef into tacos or taco salad or on tostadas. I just love it! I think you will too!
