Blink and you’ll miss it
Wasn’t it just Thanksgiving? I could have sworn it was literally Thanksgiving yesterday. Does it seem like the older we get that the faster time goes by? I’m doing my best to soak up this holiday season and remember it all. We did finally get around to making our cut-out sugar cookies. It was an all day job but we are getting to reap those rewards now. Funny how it takes so long to make food but only minutes to actually enjoy it! 🙂

So this week’s menu is a bit shortened since it’s Christmas! I have included some rib-sticking meals that are guaranteed to warm you up on these cold winter days! I actually enjoy creating these meal plans lately because I go back and find some of my older recipes and I remember again how good they are! As a food blogger, I am always creating new recipes that I sometimes forget how much I loved those older ones and I forget to revisit them. These meal plans are resurrecting those old favorites!
