Meal Planning while hungry
I probably shouldn’t plan my weekly meals when I’m hungry. I had a hard time deciding what to make this week because I pretty much wanted to eat it all. 🙂 I had a few folks ask me about shortcuts for side dishes and easy weeknight desserts. So I included some links for grocery items that I like (these aren’t sponsored items – just products I use often.)
Sunday is prep day
I also included a recipe for Freezer-Friendly Breakfast Burritos. Sunday is our only day off work so that is when I can actually make a big dinner, go grocery shopping and try to prep for breakfasts and lunches for the week. Doesn’t sound like a very relaxing day off, huh? ;). It doesn’t always work out that way but it’s my goal if I am feeling up to it. The burritos can be prepped ahead of time and tossed into the freezer then can be reheated pretty quickly in the microwave and eaten on the go if necessary.
