This Low Carb Parmesan Chicken with Creamy Bacon Sauce is a super simple dinner that makes the chicken crispy without the breading or the carbs!

A LOW CARB CHICKEN DINNER RECIPE

Alright my low-carbers, I got another one for you! This recipe for Low Carb Parmesan Chicken with Creamy Bacon Sauce is crazy good! You don’t need to be on a low-carb diet to really love and enjoy this one. It has so much flavor and is ridiculously delicious.

CREAMY BACON SAUCE

Instead of adding a crust of crackers or bread crumbs, we’re going to use Parmesan cheese to get that nice crispy crunch on the outside. Plus it adds a ton of flavor. Parmesan cheese is a really great substitute since it crisps up so nicely in the oven. Freshly shredded Parmesan really works best for this. The mayonnaise keeps the chicken so moist too. And is anything better than bacon? I mean, really. Combining pork fat and cheese with chicken = The Trifecta of Tastiness. Craving dessert? Try my Low Carb Cheesecake!

This is hands down one of our favorite meals! Since I found this site about a year ago we have made this at least 15 times! My oldest son leaves for college tomorrow and this is the dinner he requested for his last home cooked meal in awhile! We all love it! Thanks for sharing

Just made this for dinner and it was DELICIOUS!!!! I didn’t have any bacon but I did have some left over bacon grease and it was still amazing without the crumbled bacon. I will be saving this recipe for my go to lazy chicken dish from now on. Thank you for all of your Keto options, sometimes I need something to meal prep for the week that isn’t going to keep me up super late at night and this definitely did it.

This was a HIT at my house. The sauce is amazing. I will be adding this to my regular rotation of family dinners.
Quick question though. I’m on strict keto for the next 3 months (…that 20-year high school reunion is coming up. YIKES!) The nutrition facts here say 1 carb per serving. When I plug the recipe into Myfitnesspal, it says 33 net carbs per serving. (DOUBLE YIKES!).
    Any idea what gives there?

    1. Hi Kiely! Keto diet is different from a basic low carb diet (from my very limited understanding.) I would say go with your app since you trust it. That will always be the most reliable for you! Hope you have a FABULOUS reunion!!

I usually have bacon already fried and in my fridge. I save the fat. How much fat would I use for the sauce if I make this with my already fried bacon?
