I swear the older I get the harder it is to bounce back even after a short trip! I had the good fortune to go on a Wisconsin Cheese Tour in Madison and Milwaukee. It was a lot of fun and I ate more cheese than I thought was possible. In fact, I am still eating cheese and I’m having fun creating some new recipes with it. I hope to share those and a blog post all about the trip soon. Anyhow, I came back home and it took me a while to get back in my groove. But I’m back and got the meal plan ready to roll! Keeping it all summer-inspired this week. Hope y’all have a peaceful and restful Memorial Day!
