In today’s meal plan, I am making one of our family’s favorite recipes: Grandma’s Goulash. It’s an American-version of goulash which is basically a super easy pasta dish made with macaroni noodles or shell-shaped pasta. It whips up fast and it reheats well as a work lunch the next day. I’ve also added (for Meatless Monday) a Slow Cooker Black Bean Chili. We don’t always do Meatless Mondays but sometimes it’s a nice change from the usual and it’s a good dish for those of you who are looking for more vegetarian meal ideas. I’ve also got a nice mix of ground beef and chicken this week. And of course, I threw in a delicious dessert idea for you! I never forget about dessert! 😉
