I think one of the best things about creating these weekly meal plans is it allows me to go back into the older recipes on my blog and remember some really good recipes I’ve made in the past. Because I am always cooking up new recipes, I sometimes forget about those older ones that were pretty awesome. Then we remember all over again why we loved them 🙂 This Crock Pot Italian Chicken Pasta is one of my favorites. The flavor is amazing and I have started tossing in a couple of diced sun-dried tomatoes into the mix. So good! Also, I am making some Mexican Shredded Beef for tacos or burritos. The meat in that recipe is marinated overnight. It’s crazy-good and goes perfectly with my Momma’s Spanish Rice! Hope y’all enjoy these recipes ~ Brandie
