Chicken Noodle Stew
I am not even gonna pretend that there is anything remotely healthy about this week’s meal plan. It is all pure comfort food – to the max. Everything in moderation, right? It’s been so cold this week that it almost feels like we go into hibernation mode. I’ve got several crock pot recipes and lots of casserole recipes this week. My favorite thing about casseroles is that any leftovers you have can easily be reheated for a warm lunch the next day.
