Chicken, chicken and more chicken? So, looking over this meal plan, I realize there is A LOT of chicken. Um…sorry about that. Chicken overload I guess this week. Sometimes you just get a craving, right? I know some of you had asked for some more meatless options so I will try to incorporate more of those into the meal plans. You’ll notice on Thursday there is a Vegetable Stuffed Grilled Cheese and the Country Tomato Pie below can be made without the bacon.
