Blueberry Pull-Apart Bread

This Blueberry Pull Apart Bread is easy to make with biscuits, blueberries, sweetened cream cheese and topped with melted butter and sugar!

A SIMPLY SWEET DESSERT BREAD

These simple pull-apart breads have been kinda fun to play with. The Cinnamon Apple Pull-Apart Bread. I made turned out so well, I figured, why not other fruits? And adding in that cream cheese filling really helps to change the flavor of the biscuits too. I am just topping this with a simple butter and sugar topping but if you want more sweetness, you could whip up a quick glaze with powdered sugar and milk and drizzle it on top!

TIPS FOR MAKING PULL-APART BREAD:

  • There really is no limit to these pull apart bread ideas. You could use canned cinnamon rolls in place of the biscuits to switch it up.
  • Any berry or fruit that is in season should work. I think I might try a raspberry-inspired pull apart bread next. I love fresh raspberries!

On the Blueberry Pull Apart I don’t see a setting for the oven. I’m assuming it would be 350 degrees. Would that be correct? and Do you cover it the first baking? I’m looking forward to making it.
