Rockin’ the Crock Pot
I’m breaking out the crock pot this week to make a couple of my favorite recipes this week, Crock Pot Pulled Pork with Cole Slaw and Crock Pot Mississippi Pot Roast. If you have not made that pot roast yet – you must put it on your list! It is so good in sandwiches and good over noodles or mashed potatoes. I’m also sharing an oldie but goodie. The Baked Sweet and Sour Chicken doesn’t have any breading on it. Some folks call it apricot chicken. No matter what you call it – it is good! And because I am craving it, I’m making Meatball Sub Casserole. I’ve started toasting the bread on the bottom and I really think it makes all the difference!
