Game Day Veggie Cups

Game Day Veggie Dip Cups are individual cups layered with ranch dressing and slices of fresh vegetables: carrots, cucumbers, peppers, celery and tomatoes.

THE PERFECT PARTY FOOD

I love some chicken wings when watching football but I do enjoy some fresh veggies. Especially when I can dip them in some ranch dressing. These easy individual serving cups are absolutely perfect for a crowd (no worries about double dippers here!) Pick up a cup of ranch dip and fresh cut veggies and snack away!

  1. How far in advance can you assemble the cups before veggies would get soggy from the dip? Would like to have these for my daughters wedding but would need to assemble probably 5 hours before serving

I’m making these for my dad’s 80th birthday party. I plan to prep everything and out the dip in the cups. Just before her party, I’ll add the veggies (already cut and ready to put in). That way they won’t get soggy but it should go fast. I’m trying to minimize my work at the party so I can visit and take photos.
