I make this yummy popcorn every Christmas. I just leave it out in a giant bowl on the counter, and all day long everyone munches on it. It is so good!
2 (3.3 ounce) bags Tender White Popcorn, popped
Place popped popcorn in a large bowl. Dig out as many un-popped kernels as you can. Line a large cookie sheet with parchment or wax paper, set aside.
Melt white chocolate bark according to package directions.
Drizzle melted chocolate evenly over the popcorn. Carefully and gently mix it together to coat all of the popcorn. Sprinkle desired amount of sprinkles over the warm chocolate coated popcorn.
Pour the mixture onto the prepared cookie sheet.
Let cool completely, and then break into pieces and serve.
Enjoy! I like to store any leftovers in a large ziploc baggy to keep fresh for a few days.
