White Chocolate Popcorn

Hi friends! Holly here from Life In The Lofthouse. I'm so excited to share today's recipe of White Chocolate Popcorn. This stuff is amazing.. and slightly addictive. ;)  It is so delicious and extremely easy to whip up!
I make this yummy popcorn every Christmas. I just leave it out in a giant bowl on the counter, and all day long everyone munches on it. It is so good!

2 (3.3 ounce) bags Tender White Popcorn, popped
12 ounces White Chocolate Bark or White candy melts
green and red sprinkles
Place popped popcorn in a large bowl. Dig out as many un-popped kernels as you can. Line a large cookie sheet with parchment or wax paper, set aside.
Melt white chocolate bark according to package directions.
Drizzle melted chocolate evenly over the popcorn. Carefully and gently mix it together to coat all of the popcorn. Sprinkle desired amount of sprinkles over the warm chocolate coated popcorn.
Pour the mixture onto the prepared cookie sheet.
Let cool completely, and then break into pieces and serve.
Enjoy! :) I like to store any leftovers in a large ziploc baggy to keep fresh for a few days.

Serves: 8

  1. I want to make this for Christmas Eve, but I think I will use the jimmies candies rather than the crunchy dots...softer on the teeth! :-) This looks DELICIOUS - popcorn, chocolate - what could be better? :-) Merry Christmas!

  2. Elaine - I hear that! Ha! I bought some of those little soft ones that are shaped like trees. It all works and makes it look just a bit festive! Merry Christmas!

  3. Just a quick question about the popcorn. Is this the microwave popcorn you are talking about or the already popped corn that you can buy in the bags, like skinny pop? Wondering how much popcorn needed for the chocolate. THANKS! Sounds delicious!

  4. I've been making this for about a year. It's so easy to make. My family named it "crack corn" because it's addicting! It's also fun to take to a party or gathering at church and see their face when they eat it!
