Hi Friends!
Welcome to Weekend Potluck! Every week we share a bunch of recipes from other food bloggers. I hope you'll scroll down and look at all the yumminess being shared this week.
So, before we get started, I wanted to share with y'all this super cute apron that was given to me by my Mom. My folks came into town this weekend and we celebrated my Dad's birthday.
I made Dad his favorite carrot cake to celebrate.
My Mom brought me a gift!
She had asked a friend of hers, Mendy, to make one for me.
So special thank you to Mendy for sharing her talents. I love it!
Handmade gifts are so special!
My 7 year old took these pics. He was so cute standing on a chair and fixing the apron so I would look just right for the photo. Hee hee.
I am a jeans gal so this is perfect for me. And I'm pretty rough on aprons so denim is nice and sturdy and can be washed a bunch of times and keep on tickin'.
It has my favorite flower on it and my name is embroidered. How cute is that?
And towards the bottom is this little patch.
I know lots of you really love aprons so I thought you might enjoy seeing this one.
Anyhow, let's get on with this potluck, huh?
