CHOCOLATE FUDGE PIE WITH NO CRUST

This pie is pretty neat because it kind of makes it’s own crispy outer edge so no crust is needed. It slices up perfectly and is best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream! Also, if you have seen the move ‘The Help” – I promise this one doesn’t include that other special ingredient. Ha!

I swapped vegan butter and a gluten free cup-fo-cup flour to satisfy allergy requirements. Turned out superbly. Thanks for reminding me of a childhood favorite. I hadn’t made this in over 40 years. It brought back great memories.

  2. My favorite is very simple…a chocolate brownie with or without icing, ice cream, chocolate sundae sauce, and whipping cream.

  3. My favorite dessert of all time continues to be Warm Blackberry Cobbler Ala Mode. Yep I have been eating this dessert for years and never get tired of it.

  4. Just one dessert? Hmmmm–7-layer chocolate cake was the first thing that popped into my mind. But I have many favorites, as my waistline will attest. 🙂
