Starbucks K-Cups

How many of y'all have a Keurig brewer? I'm a little late to the Keurig K-Cup party but I have finally arrived!

Better late than never, huh? And now I'm officially hooked. I get what all the fuss was about.

And what better way to christen my brewer than with some Starbucks coffee.

Yep, you heard me right. Starbucks now offers their coffee in those adorable little K-cups.

They are offering all the popular varieties; House Blend, French Roast, Breakfast Blend, Sumatra, Pike Place Roast, Caffe Verona and they are even offering a couple of Tazo tea blends; Awake and Zen.

I sampled two coffee flavors, the House Blend and French Roast.

 The House Blend is probably the one I would drink most often and the one that appeals to most of my family.

But I do enjoy a good dark roast coffee on occasion like the French Roast. I think it is excellent with sweets and 

works amazingly well with iced coffee (see below).

That's a purdy sight right there, ain't it? The machine is ready to brew and I'm ready to drink!

 Pop in your favorite Starbucks coffee and let the machine do the rest of the work for ya.

It's a beautiful sight first thing in the morning when you're blurry-eyed and trying to get your day going.

Oh caffeine, you are a wondrous beauty.

Let's just say I got a tad giddy while testing these out. I made about 4 cups the first day. Oooo doggy, was I feeling good!

Serve it up however you enjoy it. Black or with your favorite creamers and sugar.

I'm enjoying mine here with some brownie biscotti I made.

Or, to make it just be a bit more special for your guests, how about adding a dollop of whipped topping

 with a sprinkling of cinnamon on top.

Are you a fan of iced coffees? No problem.

I just whipped up some of the French Roast blend, added in some sugar and milk and some caramel flavoring. 

Stirred it up and poured it over some ice.

A perfect iced coffee and I made it in my own home in less than 5 minutes.

Bottom line, if you enjoy Starbucks coffee, then you will not be disappointed in these new Starbucks K-Cups.

They really are perfect for your morning routine and so great for holiday entertaining. 

And you get a delicious cup, every single time.

There is something to suit everyone's tastes.  I'm definitely excited to try the tea blends as well.
