I was recently contacted by online printing company, UPrinting.com, about a giveaway for the finest folks around....
The Country Cook Readers!
I was told all about UPrinting.com and what they would like to offer as a giveaway.
At first I declined the offer because I thought, what on earth does stationary have to do with a cooking blog?
And then Marinelle (the gracious representative at Uprinting.com) told me all the great things that can be made with letterheads and then she said, "You can also make grocery lists."
And that got me right there.
Because I am an obsessive list-maker.
Not that I am an obsessive list-follower but I am a little crazy about making lists because it at least makes me
feel like I'm being pro-active about something.
Anyhoo, I was hooked in and then I asked if I could try it out before offering it as a giveaway.
They agreed and this weekend I received my letterheads - yay!
Now, these aren't notepads, these are actual separate letterheads.
500 of them to be exact (an $89 value)
I feel so professional! Look how purdy?
You can add any picture you like or just text.
UPrinting has lots of pictures you can choose from if you don't have one you'd like to upload.
I thought it was very easy to use. If my picture wasn't the right scale and was too blurry, the system told me so I could fix the picture. All in all, designing the letterhead was a very fast and easy experience.
You could use these letterheads for all sorts of things, not just lists.
You can make some up for your business, for work, personal family notes, or maybe for a group you volunteer for. The sky is the limit!
They would make a great gift!
specializes not only in letterhead and letterhead design, but in business
cards, postcards, posters, flyers, brochures and more!

I would love to print out about 15 or so of my favorite recipes on this letterhead and then put it through my laminating machine. I'd punch holes in them, put them in a nice binder and make cookbooks to give to family and friends. :)

If I were to be the fortunate recipient of the letter head stationary, I'd have it printed with the doodled Mayree's Deep South Cakery logo. I'd write each one of my clients a thank you note, telling them what their trust and support has meant to me over the last five years. And I'd write you one, too!

ReplyDeleteHi Brandi,
ReplyDeleteThanks for another great opportunity to win stuff! I have liked UPrinting.com on Facebook! I have been a NUT about stationary my whole life! If I won the letterhead I would use them to stay in touch with family who don't use computers (yes, they're the elders, but they're the most lonely too) for grocery lists, to-do-lists recipes, and all kind of fun things.
Please email me when I win (!!!!) jrtaylor@wi.rr.com
